Josh's proactive & friendly approach and commitment to provide an excellent service to both employees and clients has established him strong business and personal networks within the local Indigenous communities.

Charlene is an integral part of the CT iWorkforce Management team bringing 25 years' experience in Accounting and Administration. Charlene is responsible for ensuring compliance with all statutory requirements and that all employees wages and entitlements are paid correctly and on time.

Brad has been providing specialised workforce solution services to the Australian labour hire industry since 2006.  Whilst Brad has widespread knowledge in the labour hire industry, it was his drive for change and a challenge that now sees him looking after Permanent Recruitment and Apprentices & Trainees for CT iWorkforce Management Pty Ltd.  Through his strong industry networks and dedication to creating positive recruitment outcomes, Brad recruits and services a diverse range of positions from entry level through to management and tradespersons for all industries.  His drive to secure the right candidate for his clients fuels his ability to provide a number of recruitment options and strategies tailored for each individual client. Brad's background as a Trade Qualified Upholsterer provides him a hands-on perspective when working alongside our Trainees and Apprentices and he is respected for his honest communication, knowledge and integrity in supporting them through their journey.
